Welcome to Seabrook Cottage - your haven for family connection 5 minutes from the sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast! INCLUDED access to a 6-seater golf cart, 4 cruiser bikes, and luxurious heated community pool: unlock your dream 30A vacation lifestyle with the turn of a key! The house is two blocks from the community pool and less than 1 mile to Blue Mountain Beach public access. You are able to drive and park the golf cart at the access site.

Our cottage is located in Blue Mountain Beach, a beloved community known for it's laid back, family friendly vibe, multiple beach access points, and dining options such as Redfish Taco, Mimmo's, and Blue Mountain Creamery! Additional amenities include: ✅ Beach chairs, umbrella, and towels for guest use ✅ Fully stocked kitchen w/ gas range ✅ Gas BBQ onsite ✅ Family-friendly amenities including high chair & Pack'n'Play ✅ Comfortably sleeps 11 with bunk room & trundle bed ✅ 5-minute bike or golf cart ride to the beach! ✅ Outdoor shower ✅ High-speed internet with dedicated workspace ✅ Golf cart & bike access included!

Other Details to Note
Please note that acceptance of a liability waiver and a refundable $500 deposit are required for use of the golf cart and bikes! Exterior cameras are in place on the property for security purposes. 3 dedicated parking spaces are provided in the driveway, however street parking is not allowed by the HOA. Highland Parks wristbands are required for pool use and per HOA policy, 10 wristbands are provided. a $50 fee is charged at check out for any misplaced wristbands.
